When will my items be shipped? 

All packages are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. After this you will receive an order notification email informing you of the processed shipment. Currently we are experiencing very high demand for our products, so please allow 7-15 business days for shipping.

*Make sure you provide the correct shipping address. Under no circumstances will New Age Discounts LLC be held responsible for any item(s) shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is resent back to us, me may be able to ship it back to the correct location at no additional cost. If it hasn't, the buyer will be responsible for providing any additional shipping costs.

I ordered multiple items, but I only got one?

Don't panic if you have only received a part of your order. Since our products come from different warehouses, you may not receive every item from your order at the same exact time. If needed, please reach out to us at support@newagediscounts.net for updates, but do not worry. They will get to you!

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. If it has already been processed we are not able to cancel the order.

What if my product is damaged? 

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please send an email to our support team at support@newagediscounts.net with your name, order number and a photo of the damage included. We will send you a new one.

Do you ship outside of the United States? 

Yes, we ship worldwide but aren't able to ship to any APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. 

I have a question that hasn't been answered. What should I do?
